Vanessa Montañez earned her Bachelor’s degree on Science of Nursing from Rutgers University graduating Magna Crum Laude on 2010. She worked as an obstetrics/gynecology nurse for two years and as a charge nurse before joining Passaic Pediatrics on January 2014. On 2013, she earned her Master’s degree at Rutgers University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.Vanessa was born in Colombia. She speaks English and Spanish fluently. She enjoys dancing, playing volleyball, tennis, traveling and spending time with her love ones. She truly beliefs that medicine is about “be devoted to one another in brotherly love; give preference to one another in honor” (Romans 12:10).
