Khalid H. Syed earned his medical degree from Cetec University, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.Completed his pediatric residency at the Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York. After completing his residency, he joined a pediatric practice in East Haven, Connecticut, Yale New Haven Hospital and Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven, Connecticut.In 1996, he joined a pediatric group practice in Warwick, New York, and St. Anthony Community Hospital, staying in the area until 2012.He is board certified in Pediatrics. He joined Passaic Pediatrics in 2012, he has admitting privileges and teaches medical students and pediatric residents at St. Joseph’s children’s Hospital in Paterson and St.Marry’s Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey.
He speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi fluently and Spanish very well. He and his wife enjoy reading, traveling, watching movies, music, gardening in their spare time.He likes to cheer all NY teams but his favorite are Knicks, Yankees and Giants.
